Assets in The Bookie Webapp

Assets (or fixed assets) are business items with a purchase value of more than €450 excluding VAT that are not deducted from your profit in one go, but are depreciated over multiple years. Your Bookies keep track of this for you.

Where can I find my assets?

In the left menu, click Assets to view an overview.

Here you will see two sections:

  • Inventory → all business assets worth more than €450 excl. VAT

  • Vehicles → for example your company car or bicycle

Here you can see:

  • the original purchase value

  • how much has already been depreciated

  • the current value

How do I add an asset?

You do not need to do this yourself.

You simply make sure your invoices are:

  • sent to us (Plus subscription)

  • processed by yourself (Basic subscription)

Your Bookies will take care of the rest, including the correct depreciation.
