Go to Settings → Templates to create invoice templates.

Click the yellow “Add” button to create a new template.

Here, you can also choose whether you want the template in English or Dutch.

Within the template, you will see several pieces of text placed between brackets.

Please leave these in place, as they ensure that the information you entered under Settings is automatically shown on your invoice. You can:

Under Settings → Templates, you can also create templates for quotations. Again, click the yellow “Add” button. Here too, you can choose an English or Dutch template. You will see several text fields in brackets. Please leave these unchanged, as they automatically pull the details from your settings into the quotation.

Under Settings → Templates, you can also edit the default emails that are sent along with your quotations, invoices, and reminders.

Make sure to add your business email address under the reply-to email address field.

If you do not do this, your clients may send questions to The Bookie Webapp instead of directly to you.
