Under Settings > Account, you can enter your personal details.
We need the following:
initials
first name
last name
date of birth
BSN
home address
phone number
Do you have a fiscal partner and would you like to file jointly?
Then please also enter their details. Make sure to do this before April 30th, so we can request an extension in time.
Your notifications
Under Settings > Account > Notifications, you can choose which emails you would like to receive. Please note that this also includes important reminders, such as reminders for income tax or VAT returns.
Security
Under Settings > Account > Security, you can:
change your password
enable two-factor authentication
Your company details
Under Settings > Company, you can enter your company details.
We need:
business activities
Chamber of Commerce number
Chamber of Commerce registration date
VAT identification number
VAT number
business address
phone number
General ledger accounts
Under Settings > Company > General ledger accounts, you can add ledger accounts for processing your expenses.
The most commonly used ones are already set up for you.
Subscriptions
Under Settings > Company > Subscriptions, you can find all information about your subscription. Here you can:
purchase additional credits if you have a Plus subscription
view invoices
pay outstanding invoices
Team
Under Settings > Company > Team, you can add other users to your administration.
Integrations
Under Settings > Company > Integrations, you can connect The Bookie Webapp with other systems.
