Email address to log in
Use your personal email address for this, rather than a business one. That way it stays stable, even if your company name changes. Your income tax return is also personal information, so it's only visible to you.
You can link multiple administrations to your personal account. Handy if you have a VOF, BV, or foundation with multiple users, or if someone else manages your bookkeeping — that person only gets access to the administration, not to your personal data.

Email address for notifications
Prefer to keep personal and business email separate? You can have our automatic reminders and notifications sent to a different email address.
Email address on your invoices
The email address shown on your invoices to clients can be changed under Settings > Company > Administration Details > Company Settings.
Your Bookie inbox
You use your Bookie inbox to forward PDFs of purchase invoices you receive. This inbox is linked to the Bookie mobile app. On the Basic plan, you process these yourself; on the Plus plan, we take care of it for you.
You'll find the inbox on the left under "Inbox," and at the top under the envelope icon. Your personal Bookie email address is listed under the inbox settings — that's also where you can verify new email addresses. Note: you can only forward emails to your inbox from a verified address.
