What does The Bookie do for me within my subscription?

The Bookie is an all-in bookkeeping solution. You can easily keep track of your sales and expenses in the The Bookie Webapp, but whenever taxes need to be done, The Bookie acts on your behalf to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Services included

You are responsible for keeping your administration up to date throughout the year. The Bookie:

  • reviews your administration every quarter and provides feedback where necessary

  • submits your quarterly VAT return

  • submits your quarterly ICP return (if required)

  • is available for questions in between via email, phone, or The Bookie networking events

  • prepares your company’s annual figures after year-end

  • prepares your income tax return

Do you have a BV (private limited company)? Then we also take care of:

  • payroll tax returns

  • corporate income tax return

  • dividend tax return

  • an annual meeting to review the financial figures

Plus module

Would you like to spend even less time on your bookkeeping?

Then you can activate the Plus module. With this module, we also book all your expenses for you. This means you only need to create your sales invoices, and we will take care of the rest.
